Sometimes I honestly wish I had a simple job that didn't pay much but allowed me to have a life. I am sick of working with companies trying to help them achieve objectives only to sit back and watch gross mismanagement to allow objectives to be missed and real opportunities to go down the drain.

The client of mine in Orange is really screwing up to the point the if the FDA doesn't nail their ass the SEC likely will. Why can't people see what they can't do and allow others to do it for them rather than destroy a business trying over and over again only to fail again and again?

Why do I get myself involved with these companies? Only because they pay me.

I had fun in West Hollywood last Friday evening. Stayed the night at the Ramada on Santa Monica. Too bad I was too tired to go out and have a drink.

April 15 was tax day and I filed an extension.

Work is still busy and frustrating and I need to get a life. I am still spending too much time killing my frustration with alcohol but there is still plently of work. My client in Orange continues to be a challenge but they keep paying so I guess I should be happy. I have a new client in Westlake Village and the drive there sucks.

Change is coming. I have made it to the gym a couple of times this week and hope to keep it up. Still have not quit smoking but that too needs to come and come soon.

The mess in Iraq continues to be a mess and it looks like it may go from bad to worse. There were no WMD. Our leadership thinks that all we need to do to stop people from hating us is occupy a country, overthrow their government, impose our military might and all will live happily ever after.
